The Best Day of the year is finally here; HILD BEDE COLLEGE DAY!!!

Enjoy a relaxing day before the craze of exams start, with Champagne breakfast, Cathedral service, ledgendary buffet, the most incredible inflatable ents ever, Live music and bands all day, bar open all day, pimms tent and reception, picnic on bede lawns, celidah, and the best bop of the year with guest DJs.

Click here to download a form.

How do I apply for tickets?

Forms will be released on Sunday 8th March in reception, on duo. Completed forms will be accepted from Wednesday 11th March at 1pm in the JCR, after that put them in the SRC letterbox in reception. On the form you can apply for ents tickets or meal tickets that include ents and in addition to this a ticket for the Champagne breakfast. You will find out if you’re successful before the end of term (Friday 20th March). Tables will be given on a first come first serve basis.

What if I apply for the marquee but don’t get a table?

Priority in the marquee is for FINALISTS. If you don’t get a marquee table but get your form in before the dining room or Collier room tables sell out you will be offered a table here. Sadly this means you will have to alter the number of people on your application form.

What if I don’t get or want meal tickets?

You are still welcome to apply for champagne breakfast tickets and have a picnic on the lawn. Plus you’ll be able to attend the cathedral service, partake in college olympics and enjoy all the ents on the lawn. You will have to purchase ents tickets to be allowed entry to the bar after 6pm and enjoy the ents in Caedmon after this time.

Am I allowed to invite guests to college day?

Guests are welcome to enjoy the ents on the lawn throughout the day. However guest meal tickets are severely limited, college day is a celebration of Hild Bede college and we therefore want as many Hild Bede students to attend as possible.
